Our technology team at Wharton Research Data Services needed to install LDAP to centrally manage our authentication for our systems. We started work on the project, but did not have an expert on the team. We were thrilled when we found Zytrax and Ron Aitchison, and brought him down for a three-day LDAP bootcamp at our offices on the University of Pennsylvania campus. Ron was knowledgeable, energetic, and fun, managing to teach an engaging course on what is not the most exciting subject matter.

In general opinion from trainees, it was one of the best training courses we had. It had everything needed: good distribution of theory and hands-on, interaction, very focused on our needs, knowledge and communication skills of trainer, availability from trainer in and out of class schedule.
